Hario V60 02 Ceramic Dripper

Brewing Instructions

To make 16 oz of delicious Cup A Joe coffee with your Hario V60 funnel, you will need:

• 2 full scoops* of medium coarse ground** Cup A Joe coffee beans (about 30 grams)
• 16 oz hot water (not boiling)

*A scoop is included with your Hario V60                                                                                                                                                                        **Ask for your coffee ground on the #11 setting.

​Boil your water, then let it sit for 30-60 seconds before pouring (190-200° is good)

If you have a scale to weigh your coffee and water, start with a 1:15 ratio (1 gram coffee: 15 grams water).  Experiment from there to find the perfect ratio for you.

1. Place filter in funnel and rinse it a little water.  Discard water.
2. Place coffee grounds in the filter
3. Pour 3-4 oz. water over the coffee grounds and let it sit for 30 seconds
4. Then gradually pour the remaining water over the coffee grounds
5. After about 3 minutes, remove the funnel and discard the grounds
6. Enjoy your Cup A Joe coffee!
